Visiting a counsellor as part of a group or with your family allows each person to speak their truths and share their experiences confidentially in a supportive environment. Our Indigenous care providers act as a support system that allow you and your group or family to communicate and better understand one another’s perspectives in order to find healing individually and collectively.
